We only accept exchanges for different sizes. Contact our team within 14 days from receiving your package and include your order number so we can assist you.
We always double check our orders before shipping them. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the item and our team will be happy to assist you.
Although we are happy to accept returns, we only accept them as long as the items have been unworn and are returned in our original packaging.
Note that we will only accept returns within 30 days after reception.
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once our team has approved the refund, note that the refund will be issued to the credit card used for placing the order excluding the shipping fee and this can take up to 10 working days.
