WHAT IS THE JEWELRY MADE OF?
The base of all our jewelry is 925 sterling silver (unless the listing specifies a different material) and include a rhodium plating leyer. The gold jewelry is 18k gold plated jewelry. We do not use any lead or nickel so our pieces are safe for people with sensitive skins and hypoallergenic people too.
All our 925 sterling silver pieces are stamped by law accordingly with the 925 stamp.
WHAT DOES SINGLE OR PAIR MEAN?
This option will enable you to purchase a single earring in case you don’t want to buy the pair. It’s the perfect solution for those who like to mix and match and rock their ear game.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We only accept returns if the jewelry received is faulty or you’d like to change your ring size. Contact our team within 14 days from receiving your package and include your order number so we can assist you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we are unable to cancel it. You can return it once you receive it. Note that we will only accept returns within 30 days after reception and that shipping fees are non-refundable.
