I had previously ordered these beautiful pearl hoops from this shop. Unfortunately a few of the pearls from one of them had fallen out. This happened months after I received them so they had zero obligation to help me out but kindly offered to replace the hoop for free! The hoops are so cute and the service was amazing, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
